President Trump to host cryptocurrency summit at the White House

US President Donald Trump will host the "Cryptocurrency Summit" on the 7th (local time). The summit, which will be hosted by the White House, will feature the creation of the cryptocurrency (virtual currency) industry.
The White House said, "The Trump Administration will promote digital finance innovation and implement clear regulations.
"We are focusing on establishing a regulatory framework," he said, adding, "We will promote virtual asset policies in the direction of protecting economic freedom."
The summit was hosted by David, White House Cryptocurrency Policy Director.

The proposed reform of cryptocurrency regulations and policies to stimulate digital assets are expected to be discussed. President Trump has expressed a pro-cryptocurrency stance during the presidential election campaign.
The working group will not only develop cryptocurrency-related regulations, but also national-level digital asset policies.
