According to the published data, the logistics industry index for February was 49.3.
Work has resumed smoothly, and the economic levels of the road and rail transport industries have exceeded the "50" mark, which is the dividing line between economic expansion and contraction. In addition, the total logistics business index for intermodal transport and postal delivery has risen to 10,000.
In terms of business conditions, the increase in costs for logistics companies slowed slightly in February. The profit index for major business operations rose 0.3 points from the previous month.
By industry, the profit index for the main business operations of road transport, water transport, warehousing, and intermodal transport increased from the previous month.
Meanwhile, the business activity expectation index remained at a high level at 54.4.
The business activity expectation index for air transport is higher than that of the overall logistics industry, supporting the overall recovery of logistics demand.
