The POSCO Group's liquefied natural gas (LNG) business has been attracting attention since the inauguration of the Trump administration in the United States.
Posco International, a joint-stock company, has signed contracts to import 400,000 tons of LNG per year with Cheniere Energy of the U.S. in 2022 and 700,000 tons per year with Mexico Pacific of the U.S. in 2024.
