XIUMIN (EXO) claimed that it was difficult for him to appear on KBS due to unfair practices by SM Entertainment.

　On the 4th (today), XIUMIN's agency INB100 (I&B100) said, "XIUMIN is preparing to release his solo album on the 10th of this month. We tried to have meetings with the TV station several times, but KBS was unreachable and gave us no response."

　They continued, "KBS unofficially told us their position that it is impossible for XIUMIN to appear on programmes with SM Entertainment singers, such as “Music Bank”, at the same time. We were in sustained contact with them, but even this was silenced."

　Adding "The public TV station has blocked them because of their interests with certain offices. If the unfair situation continues, our artists will repeatedly be unable to appear on music programmes during the weeks when SM Entera artists are working. We are sorry to have to tell you the bad news."

　Finally, the agency stated, "With regard to KBS, we will constantly strive to be fair and will do our best to ensure that no more artists are harmed by such unfair practices in the future. We will not give up until the end."

　Meanwhile, XIUMIN is scheduled to release his solo album ‘Interview X’ on the 10th. He has decided to leave SM Entertainment and carry out his individual activities and those of ‘EXO-CBX’ with INB100, while the group activities of ‘EXO’ will be carried out with SM Entertainment.
