Blockchain company Ripple Labs focuses on educating people on how cryptocurrencies will impact everyday people and businesses
On the 5th (local time), Ripple's Chief Legal Officer (CLO) Stuart Aldeloti announced that he will participate in the launch of the non-profit organization.
In addition to his role at the company, Alderoty revealed through a post on X that he will serve as chairman of the newly formed National Cryptocurrency Association (NCA).
Ple CEO Brad Garlinghouse revealed that Ripple will provide $50 million in funding to the nonprofit.
According to the NCA website, the organization aims to share practical adoption stories and help Americans understand crypto assets.
While it did not mention any direct political action, it said it would play a role in providing information about what is coming next.

Aldeloti has also donated $45 million to a political action committee (PAC) called Fairshake.
He personally donated $300,000 to a committee supporting President Trump, and visited Trump's Mar-a-Lago home with Garlinghouse in January, after which he and his wife, D.C.
He also attended the presidential inauguration in Washington DC as an official guest. NCA is a registered 501(c)(4) non-profit organization under US law and is represented by the law firm Skadden,
According to Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, such groups can receive unlimited corporate and individual donations and engage in lobbying, policy advocacy, and political campaigns.
The NCA is also not required to disclose its donors. Aldeloti described the organization as a "politically neutral organization."
