Regarding the immaturity of the prosecution and the Public Prosecutor's Office, "It appears that President Yoon Seok-yeol's arrest was revoked due to an error in the prosecution's procedures for counting the period of time for the arrest suitability review after his arrest.
The 25th Criminal Division of the Seoul Central District Court also argued that the detention conditions were unfair, and that President Yoon
President Yoon, who was arrested and indicted on charges of being a "mastermind of rebellion" in relation to the state of emergency and is currently incarcerated in Seoul Detention Center, has been incarcerated for 51 days and 40 days since he was arrested and indicted.
He is scheduled to be released in days. The court decided that President Yoon should be considered to have been indicted after his detention period had expired.
