"They have lost their qualifications, violated the Constitution, and are the main culprits that have plunged the nation into chaos. The National Assembly is no longer a representative body of the people, but has instead become a nuisance. This must be stopped immediately."
"For this reason, I proposed to resign from my position as a member of the Diet at the general assembly of our party. The only way to prevent and resist the legislative dictatorship of the Democratic Party of Korea is to dissolve the National Assembly," he said. "The Democratic Party's tyranny is most evident now.
"Now that the situation is clear, this is the perfect opportunity to dissolve the Diet. Therefore, at this point, we, the people's power, should at least decide to resign en masse from our seats in the Diet."
He added, "The opposition parties hold emergency meetings two or three times a day, go to protest in the square, and then hold general assembly meetings and are on emergency standby 24 hours a day.
We, who must stop this, have no choice but to fight more desperately and earnestly. The People's Power must fight with the determination to resign en masse from their Diet positions and with a determination to 'fight for life and death, and fight for life and death.'"
