China's social logistics total increased 5.3% year-on-year in January-February as demand remains stable - Chinese media

On the 30th, the China Logistics Purchasing Federation released the logistics operation data for January and February of this year. Thanks to various policies, logistics demand has maintained stable growth, and the size of the logistics market is continuously expanding.
The total social logistics volume nationwide in January and February was 56.3 trillion yen (approximately 1,156 trillion yen), up 5.3% from the same period last year. Looking at the structure of logistics, logistics demand related to industrial production has steadily increased.

In addition, the international air cargo transportation market showed relatively rapid growth, supported by the rapid development of cross-border electronic commerce (EC).
Shipments totaled 575,000 tons, up 17.9% from the same period last year.
