G-DRAGON of the Korean group BIGBANG has teased a strong stance against people who make malicious comments.
G-DRAGON's management office, Galaxy Corporation, said on the 3rd (today), "Recently, online
"Unfounded false facts and malicious comments about our artists are being recklessly spread through communities and social media," he said. "This goes beyond simple opinions and is a violation of the rights of our artists.
"This is not only a serious smear against the reputation of the artist, but also a major issue that could cause confusion among fans and the public due to information that is not true."
"We are very concerned about this malicious behavior and will be taking strong legal action," the company said.
"The spreading of false information, slander, insults, and violation of personal information are clearly illegal acts and are subject to legal punishment under the Information and Communications Network Act and the Criminal Code," the statement said.
The management office added, "Galaxy Corporation will take strong action without any agreement or leniency."

"We will continue to do our best to protect the rights of our artists through thorough monitoring and continuous response," the company said.
Meanwhile, G-DRAGON held the "G-DRAGON 2025" event at Goyang Sports Complex in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province on the 29th and 30th of last month.
This concert was G-DRAGON's first solo concert in about eight years since 2017, and attracted a lot of attention.
The event attracted 60,000 people over two days.
