”NewJeans”, a ”rift” has developed between parents... ”Opposition” to termination of exclusive contract

A rumor has emerged that some parents of the Korean girl group NewJeans have been caught expressing their opposition to the termination of their exclusive contract.
On the 4th (today), a Korean media outlet reported that some parents of "NewJeans" members filed a lawsuit against the management office ADOR for the termination of their exclusive contract.
It was revealed that the parents of "New Jeans" had disagreements over a lawsuit. This is the first time that differences of opinion have been known to have arisen between them.
On the 3rd, at the first hearing of the "Lawsuit to Confirm the Validity of the Exclusive Contract" held at the 41st Civil Division of the Seoul Central District Court, the court ruled that "NewJeans
"The family court has issued a decision to exercise parental authority over the four defendants, meaning that the lawsuit has been approved," the agency's representative said. The only members who are minors are HYEIN and HAER.
It appears that a dispute between the parents of one of the members had led to a lawsuit in family court to resolve the matter.
Last November, NewJeans held a press conference to inform ADOR of the termination of their exclusive contract and decided on a new group name, NJZ.
After leaving the group, they began their own activities, and their parents opened social media accounts and have been actively speaking out for the members.
In response, ADOR took provisional measures to maintain the status of its management office and to prohibit the signing of advertising contracts on January 6th of this year.
NewJeans filed a petition for divorce and cited 11 reasons for contract termination, but the court rejected all of them. The girls then announced that they would cease activities and continue to fight.
However, this is the first sign of a split within the group. Attention is focused on how the NewJeans exclusive contract lawsuit will turn out.
