"The Constitutional Court's decision was much debated. There was no minority opinion, and the decision was 8-0. However, many regrets and problems were raised among the public.
"I cannot appeal the ruling, and I have no choice but to accept the ruling itself," he said. Regarding his reasons for running for president, he said, "It is not based on any personal desire or plan."
"As the public's sense of stagnation intensified, the number of people calling out my name increased from a few to a large number, which is why I believe we are in this situation," he explained.
