No Korean films invited to Cannes Film Festival this year - the first time in 12 years

No Korean feature films will be screened at this year's Cannes Film Festival. The Cannes Film Festival Executive Committee announced the official invitation list for the 78th Cannes Film Festival on the 10th (local time).
Previously, Korean films that had been screened included "Face" by director Yeon Sang Ho, "A Journey to Gyeongju" by director Kim Mi-jo, and "From the Point of an Omniscient Reader" by director Kim Byung-woo.
