NFT project ”Cybercorns” announces ”rebranding” teaser after US SEC investigation ends

NFT collection CyberKongz has announced that an investigation by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has been concluded.
On the 16th (local time), CyberKongz announced through X that they have been "released from their shackles," and that "we have been waiting for this day for a long time, and we will be releasing the CyBand soon."
"We plan to unveil the rebranding and new direction of berKongz," he said. CyberKongs received a Wells Notice from the SEC in December last year.
The company previously disclosed that it had received a Notice from the SEC, which provides advance notice that the SEC's enforcement division may recommend future legal action based on the results of its investigation.
The project said that it had "suffered in silence" during its two-year contact with the SEC, and that the SEC had "notified the SEC that it was not a violation of the SEC's statutes of limitations for blockchain games and ERC-20 tokens."
"If they are operated at the same time, they will be considered securities and will require registration," he said.
