Hyundai Department Store teams up with Singapore luxury hotel to offer VIP services (Korea)

Hyundai Department Store has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Marina Bay Sands Singapore, which operates the luxury hotel Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, to provide VIP services.
The partnership will allow VIP customers of Hyundai Department Store to enjoy a variety of dining options at three locations in the lobby of Marina Bay Sands and on the first and second basement floors of The Shoppes, an area made up of multiple stores.
At the shopping mall, customers can receive special services by showing their Hyundai Department Store app screen and passport. At The Shoppes, customers can receive the VIP service "Personal Shopping Service".
In addition to the points, up to 20% of the purchase price can be accumulated as cash-like points at Marina Bay Sands.
VIP customers at Marina Bay Sands will also receive VIP lounge access at Hyundai Department Store Trade Center and The Hyundai Seoul.
In addition to being able to shop at a discount, customers will also receive benefits such as priority entry to brand stores. Prior to this, Hyundai Department Store partnered with Japan's Hankyu Department Store in September 2024 for VIP services.
VIP customers of Hyundai Department Store can enjoy VIP treatment at Hankyu Department Store Umeda Main Branch and Hankyu Men's Tokyo.
