Ailee and Choi Si Hoon get married today (20th)... ”We will live happily, please watch over us”

Singer Ailee and Choi Si-Hoon will open the second chapter of their lives by getting married.

Singer Ailee and actor-turned-businessman Choi Si-hoon will hold their wedding ceremony at a place in Seoul on August 20.

The two met through an acquaintance and became lovers, and they promised to get married with love and deep trust. Last year, they registered their marriage.

The wedding song will be sung by Baek Ji-young and Lee Moo-jin.

At the time of the marriage announcement, Ailee revealed, “K eldest daughter Yejin has always spent her life taking care of someone else and making sacrifices,” and “I was going to meet a grateful and encouraging person who took care of me and gave me a shoulder to lean on, and I felt like I would be with him forever with his understanding and caring heart."

He continued, “I will work even harder than I have worked until now and do my best to look more mature.” He added, “I hope that you will support us both in the future and live happily."

Choi said, “I met Princess Yejin a year ago and fell in love with her as an artist when I saw her perform on stage, and as we exchanged stories about our lives, I fell in love with her again as a human being and felt like I wanted to protect her forever. Of course, I am a very insufficient person, but there were things I could have done for her. I started with a husband who was not enough, but I would make him happy and fill in many of the missing pieces."

He added, “I will make Princess Yejin, who says that I am the funniest person in the world, full of laughter for the rest of her life. I am confident that I will protect Yejin, the most beautiful woman in the world, for the rest of my life."

Meanwhile, Ailee released her 7th mini album “(Me)moir” on the 20th of last month. The title track “MMI” is a Miami Bit-based hip-hop R&B genre song.

Choi Si-Hoon made his face known on the Netflix variety show Solo Hell.
