Actor Ma Dong Seok showed off his friendship with Byeon Woo Seok during a recent interview with Herald POP at a cafe in Seogyeok-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
In a recent interview, Ma Dong Seok said, "I'm happy that Byeon Woo Seok has become a popular actor." In January, Ma Dong Seok revealed that he was friends with Byeon Woo Seok, but the two split in 2019.
They starred together in the film "Mt. Baekdu Eruption" in 2009. Ma Dong Seok said, "We've been close since we worked together in "Mt. Baekdu Eruption." At the time, I was in the scene where I was arguing with Jeon Hye Jin and leaving the room.
"He was one of the tall bodyguards," she said. "My beloved younger brother. He also struggled for over 10 years, but I'm really glad that he became popular through the good drama 'Seongje, Run with Me'. I don't have any friends either.
"I have friends who are not boxers," he said, drawing laughter. Ma Dong Seok's new film, "Holy Night: Demon Hunters," will be released on April 30.
