Jaejoong is collaborating with a traditional Korean liquor brand to introduce a new makgeolli brand that is both trendy and has the deep taste of traditional Korean liquor.
This collaboration was made possible by Jaejoong's desire to contribute to the spread of Korean culture and the brand's vision to promote makgeolli, Korea's representative traditional liquor, to the world.
Jaejoong said, “I have always had a great interest in the culture of traditional Korean liquor, and I wanted to make it widely known overseas. This collaboration is not a simple advertising model, but rather a cultural project to promote traditional culture,” said Jaejoong as he worked to launch the new brand.
Jaejoong and the brand will also work together on a project to donate a portion of the sales proceeds to society. Jaejoong also expressed his hopes for the donation project, saying, “I hope that it will be a meaningful project that goes beyond a simple alcoholic beverage business to inform people of Korea's traditional culture and also share social responsibility."
Jaejoong's newly launched makgeolli can be found at the brand's own mall on May 7th.
Jaejoong announced that he will hold his 2025 Asia tour concert “Beauty in chaos” on May 24th and 25th, followed by the release of his EP of the same name, and he also announced that he will be active as singer Kim Jaejoong, making fans more excited every day.
