BTS' J-HOPE surpasses 10 million TikTok followers...Gold honor

J-HOPE of the global group BTS is exerting a powerful influence on the video platform TikTok.
On the 24th, J-HOPE posted a TikTok Creator Award on his TikTok account.
She posted a photo of herself dancing happily while holding the silver and gold plates from the 2019 Awards.
The TikTok Creator Awards will be awarded to accounts that reach 1 million and 10 million followers, respectively.
J-HOPE has received Silver and Gold Awards for his TikTok videos. Since opening his official TikTok account on January 24th, his videos have garnered over 100 million hits in just two weeks.
On March 14th, two months after the account was launched, the account surpassed 10 million followers. As of today (25th), the account has over 11.2 million followers.
J-HOPE's influence on TikTok is also evident in the popularity of music charts and dance challenges.
Videos using "MONA LISA Dreams" and "MONA LISA" as background music have recorded over 510,000 and 450,000 views, respectively.
"MONA LISA" has been ranked number one on TikTok's music charts for three consecutive weeks and is gaining huge popularity.
Participating in LISA's dance challenge were American rapper Lizzo, ENHYPEN's Niki, ATEEZ's Mingi, &TEAM's K, and Z
Many idol stars participated, including EROBASEONE's Seok-ma SHOO, LIGHTSUM's Juhyun, ONF's You, and Xikers' Hunter.
J-HOPE has been holding his solo world tour "HOPE ON THE SYAGE" since February 28th. All 19 performances have been sold out so far, drawing great popularity.
The group is scheduled to perform in Singapore this weekend.
