”NEXZ” releases ”O-RLY?” teaser reminiscent of a sci-fi movie

JYP Entertainment's (JYP) boy group NEXZ released a music video teaser for the title track “O-RLY?” reminiscent of a sci-fi movie.

NEXZ will make their comeback on the 28th with the release of their second mini-album ‘O-RLY?’ and the title track of the same name, and on the afternoon of the 25th, JYP released the first music video teaser for the title track ‘O-RLY?’ on SNS, further enhancing the mood.

The video begins with the lyrics “Yo, I gotta tell you something” on an old TV screen. As if time has stopped, a gorilla playing drums nimbly behind the seven members, who are frozen in a particular pose, contrasts with each other, creating a strange atmosphere. A green candy that had been rolling around on the floor is now completely in Tomoya's mouth, and one by one the members raise themselves up and get into the groove to the sound. Following the teasing contents, the music video teaser piques curiosity as to what the green candy really is.

The title track 'O-RLY?' expresses the cool attitude and dominance of NEXZ, who enjoy the world in their own way, unrestrained by the gaze of others. The street mood based on old-school hip-hop rhythm, powerful sound, and witty lyrics are all worth listening to.

NEXZ's second album 'O-RLY?' will be officially released at 6 p.m. on the 28th. At 8 p.m. on the same day, 'NEXZ COMMUACK SHOW O-RLY?' will be aired on Mnet and M2's YouTube channel simultaneously on a global basis to deliver the title track “O-RLY?” and other new songs on stage. In addition, a pop-up store will be held for a total of 12 days from April 30th to May 11th at EQL Seongsu Store in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, to celebrate the release of the new album.
