" Bona) became close to the demon after a bloody battle. The story begins with a duel between Gangcholi and the king (Kim JiHun) who was possessed by the demon.
With Ganchori's luminous ball and Yori's demon-slaying consciousness, they barely managed to drive the demon away, but the two of them were surprised at how quickly they managed to escape.
Ganchori was seriously injured in the duel, but he once again felt a strong crush on Yori, who treated him kindly, and for the first time in his life, he felt the emotion of a human being.
He seemed unsure of what to do with his emotions. Meanwhile, the king, whose body had been taken over by the demon for a while, was confused by the strange things that had happened to him. Until now, the king had strictly forbidden shamanism.
As per his belief, he was going to punish Gangcholi and Yo-ri for breaking the law, but the situation was resolved when Won-ja (Park Jae-jung), who had recovered from the clutches of the demon with Yo-ri's help, stopped him.
Knowing that the Eight-Spine Demon has not been completely eradicated, Gangcholi advised her to leave the palace to protect Yo-ri, but Yo-ri quickly refused.
In the end, Yori realized that she, an inexperienced shrine maiden without a god residing in her body, was the one who had lost the battle against Hassakuki, and so she told Ganchori, "You
I will accept you as a god residing in my body and serve you with care. Please help Gab." Gabcholi asked to be his disciple. Gangcholi had rejected him for 13 years, but now he is the one who has rejected him.
When she changed her attitude, her heart was twisted, but she soon softened and promised to offer a changmyeongru (a bracelet made of five-colored threads) as an offering.
Later, Yo-ri noticed an unexpected side of Gancho-ri. Gancho-ri had been Yo-ri's guardian angel for a long time, protecting her from danger.
Yori realized for the first time that the evil god Gancholi, whom she hated so much, had not actually been tormenting her, but had been protecting her, and she felt a strange emotion.
