He continued, "Although the Constitution clearly states that 'the people are the masters of the country,' there are still people who think of the people as objects of control."
"Whenever a national crisis caused by such people threatens, the people will rise up themselves, defeat the plots for civil war, the plots for the destruction of the nation and the plots for the destruction of the community, and move forward toward a new world."
He added, "The civil war is still ongoing. I am confident that any second or third attempt at civil war will be put down by the great strength of the people. We will definitely win and create a country where the people are respected and recognized as the masters of the country."
