When Hye-Ja (Kim Hye-Ja), who had filled all six grapes, was taken to the hell train, Nak-Jun (Son Sukku) chose to go to hell himself to save his wife.
He throws himself into the fires of hell after receiving a dangerous proposal from Yeomra (Jeon Ho-jin): "If you go through hell once each, I will give you your wife back."

Hae-sook stepped onto the scales before Yeong-ae, and her weight shifted between 50kg, which would have guaranteed her a place in hell, and 49.9kg, which was the safe cut line.
