Ethereum completes Pectra upgrade...improving scalability

Ethereum's "Pectra" upgrade was implemented at 7 pm on the 7th Japan time. This upgrade includes the Ethereum improvement proposal "EIP-7702",
These include EIP-7251 and EIP-7691. EIP-7702 allows externally owned accounts to run smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain and use gas.
Transaction fees can be paid in tokens instead of Ethereum (ETH). EIP-7251 raises the staking (deposit) limit for Ethereum validators.
The limit has been increased from 32 ETH to 2048 ETH, allowing for the operation of large-scale "stakers." EIP-7691 also increases the number of data drops per block.
This improves the scalability of the Ethereum Layer 2 blockchain.
