Nam Tae Hyeong (former WINNER), currently on probation for drug use, canceled comeback due to second drunk driving accident... Police ”will submit documents to prosecutors soon”

It has been revealed that Nam Tae Hyeong (former WINNER), who is currently on probation for suspected drug use, is currently under police investigation after being caught drunk driving.
According to the Korea Daily, Seoul Yongsan Police Station arrested Nam Tae Hyeong on April 27 for driving while driving while intoxicated under the Road Traffic Act.
Nam Tae Hyeong was charged with drunk driving. He is suspected of causing an accident while drunk driving near Dongjak Bridge in the direction of Ilsan on Gangbyeonbuk-ro at around 4:10 a.m. on the same day.
Nam Tae Hyeong crashed into the median strip while trying to overtake the car in front of him, but no one was injured. At the time of the accident, Nam Tae Hyeong's blood alcohol level was at a level that would have caused his driver's license to be revoked.
The police applied for an arrest warrant on the 2nd, taking into consideration that the incident occurred during the suspended sentence period, but the court rejected the request.
Nam Tae Hyeong was put on trial in January last year along with Seo Min Jae, a contestant on the reality show "Heart Signal," on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act.
Nam Tae Hyeong was sentenced to one year in prison with two years of probation. Nam Tae Hyeong was on trial with Seo Min Jae for allegedly buying 0.5 grams of methamphetamine through Telegram and putting it in alcohol to drink.
Nam Tae Hyeong was also investigated for drug use in March 2023 when he was drunk driving and caused an accident, for which he received a summary order to pay a fine of 6 million won (approximately 500,000 yen).
Nam Tae Hyeong teased his comeback at a music festival held at Hong Dae Small Theater on the 6th, but suddenly canceled the performance on the 4th of this month after Drunk Driving.
