SM explained the reason for his absence, saying, "In order to be able to participate in this performance with our fans, we are in the process of getting a visa approved.
"I honestly went through all the necessary procedures, including submitting documents and going through an interview, but due to an unexpected delay in approval, my visa was not issued."
He continued, "At present, it is difficult to determine the exact reason or cause for the delay in approval, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
"They tried hard to get a visa, but in the end, they couldn't get a visa and couldn't go on stage," the management office said.
To all the fans who were looking forward to and waiting for the "WISH" stage,
"When we think about how he must have felt, we feel very disappointed and our hearts are heavy. We did our best until the very last moment to get his visa approved, but in the end we were unable to keep our promise and we are truly sorry."

Due to visa issues, NCT WISH was unable to attend the concert.
