”BTS” JIMIN, the driving force behind the K-POP scene that captivates America... a long-running hit on Billboard
Jimin of BTS is continuing to rise to fame on the Billboard charts as a central K-pop star captivating America.
According to the American music media, Billboard, JIMIN's "Who" was ranked 1st in the Billboard "Glow" chart on May 17th.
It also ranked 52nd on the Global (Excluding the U.S.) chart, and is set to be released on July 19, 2023.
Even now, 10 months after the release, his popularity has not waned. His second solo album "MUSE," in which "Who" was recorded, is ranked 1st in the Billboard "World Albums" chart this week.
It ranked 8th on the charts, making it the only K-pop solo album to do so. It also achieved 42 consecutive weeks on the chart, making it the first and only album to stay in the top 10 of the chart for 42 weeks.
MUSE also previously charted on the Billboard World Albums Chart for 63 weeks with "FACE," setting a new record as the most successful K-pop solo album of all time.
Following the record for the longest time on the charts for an album, JIMIN is breaking his own record for the second longest time on the charts.
With "Crazy," he became the first Korean solo artist to reach number one on the Billboard's main singles chart, the Hot 100, and with "Who," he charted on the Hot 100 for a total of 33 weeks.
He has set a record for the longest-running K-pop group and has gained immense popularity and support from American listeners as a representative K-pop solo singer.
