Actress Lee Min-jung reveals her son's favorite lunch box recipe... Food that suits both adults and children's tastes
Actress Lee Min-jung revealed a lunchbox recipe that will entice children's appetites.
On May 20th (today), Lee Min-jung posted a video on her YouTube channel 'Lee Min-jung MJ' with the title “Lee Min-jng's super easy lunch box recipe made in 5 minutes revealed *Stimulates child-like food preferences (meaning children's tongue)”. On that day, Lee Min-jung said, "There are a lot of nice days in May, so you go out a lot. There are soccer tournaments, children's camps, camps where you stay in the car, barbecues, and other outings, so I make lunch boxes," she began. However, she added, "I think most people are thinking about seaweed wrap. Seaweed wrap takes a long time to prepare, and sometimes children get tired of eating it, or there are flavors they don't like," she said.
Lee Min-jung then revealed that she would let the audience know about three different ways to make bento boxes to "whet children's appetites." The producer asked me, "Do you have any unique techniques? I worried a lot, wondering if I had a unique technique for rice balls, and wondering if other people knew about it," she said. Nonetheless, Lee Min-jung emphasized the point that she was able to make them quickly and used ingredients that she always had at home, saying, "Making lunch boxes is an amazing thing for moms because you have to use things you don't have at home, and it's a lot of pressure."
And so it was Lee Min-jung who made Spam rice balls, tuna mayo rice balls, and fried crab inari sushi. Following the meal, Jun-woo (her son) came home and appeared in front of the camera. Embarrassed, Jun-woo took a bite of his nigiri and disappeared with the entire bento, making the audience laugh.
