*This article contains spoilers. In ep4 of the tvNTV series "Please Stop Drinking" (viewership rating: 3.7%), Geum-ju (Choi Suyeong) faces a reality that is even more bitter than alcohol.
The story depicts the appearance of Geum-ju. Disturbed by the wedding of her former boyfriend (Yoo Eui-tae), in which only the bride is replaced, Geum-ju leaves the alcohol-free camp and starts drinking. Her mother, Gwang-ok (Kim Sung-ri),
When Geum-ju's drinking is discovered by her boss, she runs away and bumps into Eui-jun (Kong Myung). As soon as she sees Eui-jun, Geum-ju bursts into tears, and the tears she had been holding back are revealed.
After confessing this to Ui-jun, she went to sleep. Geum-ju got drunk and forgot what she had said to Ui-jun, and Ui-jun, who witnessed Geum-ju black out in front of his eyes, became addicted to alcohol.
After receiving the result that she was an alcoholic, Geum-joo revealed that she had no intention of quitting drinking, saying, "I don't think I'm an alcoholic. I'm just a normal drinker."
Meanwhile, Geum-ju forgets to cancel the bus she rented to go to the wedding venue, causing chaos in the neighborhood once again.
Yoon calms the situation by lying that he had planned to take the bus himself and hadn't canceled. Geum-ju, who had gotten on the bus, was unable to go to the wedding venue and ended up sitting in the park drinking.
Geum-ju is caught in a sudden rain shower and remembers what she said to Ui-jun. When he comes to visit her with an umbrella, she says, "I never thought there would be anyone in my life who could be my umbrella, but it was you.
"Yes. I want to quit drinking and live a normal life. Help me, Wijun," she declared, quitting alcohol.
