「i-dle」ウギ、再契約に二の足を踏んだ…「他の会社の提案多」=「知ってるお兄さん」
”i-dle” Woogi is hesitant to renew his contract... ”Many offers from other companies” = ”Knowing Bros”
Woogi revealed the behind-the-scenes story of their re-signing.

On the 483rd episode of JTBC's “Knowing Bros” broadcast on the 24th, girl group 'i-dle' revealed the behind-the-scenes story of their re-signing.

After seven years of 'seven years of evil', all the members of 'i-dle' succeeded in re-signing their contracts and attracted a lot of attention.

Jung So-yeon, who had been caught up in the noise of re-signing through her concert solo stage and SNS postings, said, "I was the only one who signed for a different period of time. I debuted earlier and my contract ended earlier. The members manipulated the end date of my contract to suit me," she explained.

On the other hand, Mi-yeon, to the surprise of the members, said, "I was about to sign a contract with another company. I have always been a person who does not go to the company very often. I didn't go to the company as much as I could because I was afraid that if I went to the company alone, someone would ask me questions or talk to me during the time when I was gathering opinions and making adjustments with the company."

Woogi also revealed that she was “frankly shaken at times,” saying, "I received so many proposals from other companies during the period when many articles were published on the work of re-contracting."

The audience was disturbed by the proposal for Woogi, who said that an astronomical amount of money was exchanged for the contract. However, Jung So-yeon was surprised that “the member who insisted the most that the five of us must always go together” was the one who insisted.

Woogi said, “I was of the opinion that we should go together from the beginning, but as the process got longer, I felt like 'maybe we can't.'” Mi-yeon showed her hardline attitude, saying, "I just didn't know if I was going to go with CUBE or not, but I had a desire to be with them."

Meanwhile, Minnie and Woogi expressed their dissatisfaction with the distribution of parts in 'i-dle' songs.

Jung So-yeon claimed that Woogi's part was the most, while Woogi said, "When I first got the part, I was happy because it was more than I expected. However, someone else became dissatisfied and took it away from me," he said.

Jeong So-yeon said, "I am not dissatisfied. It was taken away from me after the recording," he corrected, drawing laughter.

Woogi said, "Before Jung So-young distributed the part, I once appealed to him as 'I want to take this part. But the next day when we were recording, he told me to sing another part. I found out that he had changed on the third day of recording," she said.

Minnie said, "Jung So-young likes to be funny. She has a habit of going against the grain when she mentions it frequently. If I say I don't have a part, I lose it even more," she revealed. In response, Jung So-young shared her opinion, "When I told Minnie that I was a ‘craftsman of the introduction,’ she felt like she had to go the other way."

Minnie showed reasoned confidence, saying, "Every time I took on the introduction part, the song was always a big hit."
