For the safety of the performance and the convenience of the general public and fans visiting the Underwater Bridge, Seoul City will prohibit vehicles and motorcycles from passing through the area around the Underwater Bridge from 7 a.m. on the 25th to 4 a.m. on the 26th and from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on the 25th, to prevent confusion among the public and visitors and to ensure the safety of the performance stage and the public. To ensure the safety of the public, pedestrians and bicycles will be prohibited from entering the Submarine Bridge; from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on the 25th, the Submarine Bridge will be closed to pedestrian and bicycle traffic.
