"He invited people to spread conspiracy theories about election fraud, and did not hesitate to offer compensation if they cooperated to prevent the election from being rigged," he said.
Finally, "If candidate Kim does not intend to subvert the presidential election into a ridiculous delusion and ghost story, he should clearly explain his views on early voting and election fraud conspiracy theories to the public.
