Kim Moon-soo, the People Power Party's presidential candidate, visited his hometown of Yeongcheon City, North Gyeongsang Province, on the 28th and offered to give 100 million won (approximately 10 million yen) to women who give birth to children.
"We are considering policies to see if we can provide a large amount of money to women who give birth to children," she said.
During a campaign rally held at Yeongcheon Station Square in Yeongcheon City, North Gyeongsang Province, on the afternoon of the same day, candidate Kim said, "We will send our children to Yeongcheon, our hometown.
The number of children is increasing and the population needs to be maintained at a certain level, but it is decreasing so much that I am very worried about what will happen if this continues," he said.
He emphasized that he had increased the period and allowances for childcare and maternity leave in 2018, and promised, "We will significantly increase this and ensure that measures to combat the declining birthrate are implemented so that our young people can have and raise children with peace of mind."
He also said, "People will only have children if they have jobs. We will implement measures to give priority to those who give birth by providing various bonus points."
We are also strongly promoting the exemption of taxes for people who own houses in Yeongcheon City, so that they do not have to pay for two homes per household.

"Is it wrong to go to prison?" he said, and then he died after saying that." Candidate Kim said, "I spent 20 years in prison, twice, and seven years working in a factory, and I was fired twice. I graduated, and I have my graduation certificate on my mother's grave.
"When I took the book, a lot of tears flowed," he said, his voice breaking into tears for a moment. Candidate Kim also said during a campaign rally in Yeongcheon, "You must not abstain from voting. Those who support me must vote."
Candidate Kim said, "We must prevent the bulletproof monster dictatorship (by Lee Jae-myung, the Democratic Party's presidential candidate). I can't prevent it. You can prevent it."
