「FIFTY FIFTY」キナの告訴は?
”FIFTY FIFTY” member Kina sues hit song production company president for forgery of private documents, but is found to be ”not guilty”
The content production company THE ONE STORY was sued by Kina of the Korean girl group "FIFTY FIFTY" for allegedly forging and presenting a forged private document.
Givers CEO Ahn Sung-il was recently cleared of all charges by the police.
GIVERS reported that the Seoul Gangnam Police Station decided not to refer the case to the prosecution (no charges were filed) because there was insufficient evidence to prove a crime.
Kina said that her signature was used without her consent on the copyright registration documents for Fifty Fifty's global hit song "Cupid," and filed suit against her last year.
The Givers said, "The police have decided that The Givers and ATTRAKT have signed a summary contract and are in a position to cooperate with FIFTY.
Considering that the plaintiff (Kina) was found to have been responsible for the overall management of the affairs necessary for FIFTY's music activities, the plaintiff (Kina) has not authorized the suspect (Ahn Sung-il) to sign the document.
"We believe it is appropriate to consider that the decision was made by the management of the company to be a comprehensive delegation to the public," the company said. Kina's management office, ATTRAKT, responded by saying that it was "difficult to understand" the results of the disciplinary measures.
Ahn Sung-il also released a recording of him telling Kina, "You didn't sign that autograph."
ATTRAKT also stated, "We will continue to take action to correct the truth and protect the rights of our artists.
"We will continue to do our best to urge a reinvestigation and legal responsibility based on all the evidence," he said.
