G-DRAGON (BIGBANG) mentions ”Relationship Rumors with Sana” for the first time in a month... ”I thought it would be a spoiler”

BIGBANG's G-DRAGON has belatedly explained his love affair theory happening with Sana of Korean girl group TWICE.

　According to Galaxy Corporation, G-DRAGON's agency, today (June 2), G-DRAGON and Sana's relationship rumors has no basis in fact. The agency clarified that it had been silent on the rumors at the time to prevent spoilers from the YouTube web variety “DEX and Sana's Nenta View (Refrigerator + Interview)” in which he and Sana performed together, but it belatedly corrected the misunderstanding.

　The agency stated, “They filmed ‘Nenta View’ on April 14th, the day after the final broadcast of MBC's ‘Good Day,’” and added, "Then, on April 22nd, they watched Coldplay's Korean concert, and in the process of uploading the authentication shots, ‘TWICE’ performed as a special guest on stage. Since it wasn't long after the shooting, we simply tagged Sana on her personal SNS account after the shooting as a sign of our closeness," they explained.

　They added, “They appeared on ‘Nenta View’ because of my friendship with DEX, and Sana was to perform with me the day before the recording,” and gave the reason why he did not initially explain the love affair theory because he thought it might spoil his appearance on ‘Nenta View’.

　The rumors started when G-Dragon first mentioned Sana on SNS. After he watched Coldplay's performance in Korea, he posted an authentication shot and uploaded Sana's account, who was on stage as a guest at the time. However, the fact that it was Sana's personal account and not the official account of TWICE, the addition of the Japanese comment "What?" was added, and G-Dragon quickly deleted the post, some questioned the relationship between the two.

　G-Dragon's side, which did not reveal any special position at the time, quickly corrected the misunderstanding about the relationship rumors once the fact of their 'Nenta View' appearance was made public.
