Ju Haknyeon (former THE BOYZ) & Kirara Asuka, while denying each other's involvement in sex trafficking... a photo of them hugging each other from behind is released

New photos have been released showing what appears to be THE BOYZ's Ju Haknyeon and former AV actress Asuka Kirara.

On the 21st, Weekly Bunshun reported on a photo of a man hugging a woman from behind, claiming that the couple in the photo were Ju Haknyeon and Asuka Kirara.

　Prior to this Ju Haknyeon's agency, One Hundred, announced that he had suspended team activities on the 16th due to personal reasons, withdrew from the team on the 18th due to personal issues, and subsequently terminated his exclusive contract. This revelation led to speculation that Choo Han-young's personal issues stemmed from his encounter with Asuka Kirara, a former Japanese AV actress.

　Ju Haknyeon stated, “I apologize for causing concern due to this incident,” acknowledging that he had indeed been present at a drinking session with Asuka Kirara but denying any involvement in prostitution or illegal activities.

　Cha Ga-won, the chairman, issued a statement on the 18th, saying, “One Hundred humbly acknowledges that it failed to adequately manage the private lives and attitudes of its artists and members. Through this incident, we have deeply reflected on our responsibilities and recognized the severity of the situation.” He promised, “We will strengthen our management system regarding artists' private lives and attitudes, and strive to improve ethical awareness through education and internal system reforms.”

　However, on the 20th, Ju Haknyeon countered One Hundred's position, saying, “If there is evidence of sex trafficking, please disclose it immediately,” and “There is no fact that I withdrew from the team, and I have not agreed to terminate the exclusive contract.”

　He also stated, “The agency is attempting to fabricate grounds for terminating the exclusive contract despite there being no such grounds explicitly stated in the contract, and some media outlets are damaging my reputation by mentioning sex trafficking without any basis.” Also pointing out, “The agency demanded over 2 billion won in compensation and told me to leave the company, but I have never accepted this.”

　Asuka Kirara also stated on her social media, “I have never engaged in sexual acts for money in my life, and this time is no exception.” She further claimed, “The woman who took the photo with Ju Haknyeon was someone I had just met, and she apparently liked Ju Haknyeon, so she took the photo and sold it to Weekly Bunshun.”
