JU HAK NYEON, who left ”THE BOYZ”, said, ”I will reveal the truth and hold him accountable for being a sex offender”
JU HAK NYEON, who announced his departure from "THE BOYZ", is engaged in a battle with management office One Hundred over his private life affairs.
On the 22nd, JU HAK NYEON posted on social media that the photo was taken before the management office received a letter of inquiry from the Japanese media "Weekly Bunshun."
He said he had heard the news first and asked the agency for help, and posted a lengthy comment saying, "I admit my mistake, and wanted to make the choice that would minimize the damage to the members as much as possible."
He continued, "I immediately suspended my activities and discussed with the company how to proceed. However, the agency suddenly agreed to terminate the exclusive contract and pay me more than 2 billion won.
"On the 17th, the agency suddenly demanded that I sign the exclusive contract termination agreement that was prepared for me, and the next day, they suddenly demanded that I leave the agency," he said, revealing that there was no room for negotiation.
"Even before the Shukan Bunshun article came out, articles about him dating a porn actress started appearing right after, and suddenly there was an exclusive report about him engaging in prostitution.
"The next day, someone reported me to the police for prostitution based on a false article. It was so strange that it was as if the whole process had been orchestrated," he said.
I couldn't help but feel like someone was creating a reason to terminate my contract. All of this happened in just two days. I filed a lawsuit against the reporter for false reporting and am also pursuing civil claims against the reporter and the media.
Ju Hak Nyeon also said that the agency's request to leave was unreasonable, saying, "The original wording of the exclusive contract states, 'Acts that damage dignity (drunken driving, drugs, gambling, prostitution, assault, sexual violence, fraud, etc.)
The clause specifies the acts of degrading dignity, including fraud, etc. I have not committed any of the criminal acts mentioned in this clause. The agency will comply with the termination procedures under Article 15, Paragraph 1 of the Exclusive Contract.
"I'm not going to claim that my actions on May 30 were right. I'm grateful to the fans who believed in me and supported me as an idol.
I am truly sorry for showing incautious behavior to everyone," he said, apologizing, but adding, "For some unknown reason, I became a sex offender overnight, my personality was denied, and for the first time in my life, I felt like I wanted to die.
"When I think about all the fans who have supported and cheered me on, my mother, and my family, I can't stop crying," he said. "If I don't reveal the truth and give up on life, I will never be able to live my whole life."
"I will hold the reporters and media who reported me as a sex offender without any basis accountable to the end, and I will reveal who is behind them."
he added.
