Defendant A threatened Jun Su (Xia) a total of 101 times from September 2020 to October last year, stealing approximately 840 million won (approximately 90 million yen) worth of money.
Defendant A was arrested on suspicion of blackmailing Jun Su (Xia). It was reported that Defendant A recorded private conversations with Jun Su (Xia) and blackmailed her, committing the crime in order to obtain money for drug use.

The court sentenced Defendant A to seven years in prison, stating that the perpetrator is pleading for severe punishment. Defendant A appealed the decision, but the second trial court also sentenced him to seven years in prison, citing concerns that Jun Su (Xia) might suffer further harm.
The Supreme Court also ordered the confiscation of one additional mobile phone and one additional smartphone device that had been seized. Defendant A subsequently appealed, but the Supreme Court dismissed the appeal and finalized the sentence.
