<Interview> Park Jin Young (GOT7) reveals the detailed role of Lee Hoo in the TV series ”Unknown Seoul” and his relationship with Park Bo Young

On the 1st, Park Jin Young's interview for the final episode of "Unknown Seoul" was held at the BH Entertainment building in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
On the 29th of last month, the tvNTV series "Unknown Seoul" came to an end. "Unknown Seoul" is about twin sisters who are completely different except for their faces, but who find true love and life through a lie that involves swapping lives.

I felt like I was lucky. I'm grateful that the first film I did after Discharge was a good one. I don't know if it will work out when I'm on set, but it's a lot of fun.
I had a lot of fun filming with the director and Park Bo Young. We talked a lot about how important the lines are, and we were able to film a lot of works that we love.
Park Jin Young said, "I said at the press conference that I was taking it easy, but I was really scared. It took a year and a half...almost 2 years.
I took a year off and started filming again, but I had to work with such a great story, such a difficult character, and such brilliant senior stars. It was a big burden, not knowing what to do.
But I think you can tell by looking into my partner's eyes. When I'm at the scene, he sees me as a host. I feel like if I continue to feel like a burden there, I might end up harming him.
I started thinking about adapting to the situation more quickly. I was too busy to receive instructions from my seniors. They helped me create an atmosphere on set where my partner and juniors would not feel nervous.
But Bo Young really had that kind of feeling. That's why I think I was able to relax quickly." He said, "After reading the script, I knew I wanted to do it. I'm playing the role of a hostess, so I want to play the role of a hostess.
I think the charm of this character grows as the story progresses. I think Hoss is like a person whose true value emerges the longer you look at him.
I felt that he was a person who was like beef bone soup, and I wanted to work on it unconditionally. And it was all connected. Seeing how the story was connected from the beginning to the latter half, (the screenwriter)
"I was amazed at how he wrote it like that. That's why I was fascinated by it," he said. So how much of a sync is there between Park Jin Young and Hoss?
"I don't know exactly what we have in common. But if I had to choose, I think we have in common the ability to endure. I think we can endure it well," she said, laughing. "I'm a talkative person, and I'm a bit of a nerd, so I'm not very good at it."
"I'm like Ji. Hosu has a lot of lines, but I wondered why he was so quiet," he said, drawing attention.
Lee Ho-soo, played by Park Jin-Young, is disabled in an accident and can barely hear in one ear.
When asked about the part he was most careful about, he said, "We couldn't leave Hoss's small handicap as it was. What would have happened if he had lived in this condition for a long time?
When I think about why I seem to be quiet, focusing on whether there are any habits or parts that come out naturally, I think that I might be slow in speaking.
However, I felt that I couldn't hear as well as other people, and when I tried to listen more carefully, I realized that I spoke more clearly and slowly. I've overcome this in the past 10 years, but it seems like the habit is still there.
I thought I would have half a minute more time to think than the others. I would filter what I wanted to say and have a little time to take a break, so I practiced a lot while reading the script."
Park Jin-young also garnered Hot Topic points for his detailed acting in the scene where Hosoo was suffering from tinnitus, in which he only moved one muscle in his face.
I was told it was fine, but the script said it was "painful," so I thought one side of my face might get sore or stiff. When I'm deficient in magnesium, the area under my eyes trembles.
My ears were hurting, so I thought that if I was careful, the scalp side might harden and cause spasms, so I tried it, but I'm grateful that you thought of it in a good way," he said with a laugh.
He continued, "I think the amount of hearing you can do varies depending on the space, so when I go to a large space or outdoors, I try to say my lines with one ear covered to check if I can hear well.
If I couldn't hear well, I would look closely at the other person's mouth. In the wedding scene, Jiyun sits next to her and Miji sits to the right. I thought it would be a little hard to hear in a large space.
I tried to see the mouth. Before I started the work, I discharged and went to a supermarket in the town to do some shopping, and when I went there, I put earplugs in one ear, but when I talked from a distance,
"I couldn't hear well. I tried to express that well," he said, revealing the details he took care of. Park Jin Young's sister has the same name as Park Bo Young.
The news became a bit of a hot topic, but she said, "My relative, Bo-young, has a warm personality like Mirae. So she calmly says things like, 'You did well.'
Even if there was talk of me acting in a role, I didn't say anything in particular. So it wasn't a big deal, I was just happy about it. When I saw Bo Young sunbaenim, I felt a sense of closeness to her and thought, "She's just like my second sister."
Park Jin Young then said, "There was an episode with Bo Young sunbae before we acted together," and added, "The senior officer in the unit was a big fan of Bo Young sunbae.
I had never met him before, but I thought it would make my military life easier, so I came to the office during my vacation, and it was just a coincidence.
I met Bo Young in the parking lot. I said hello and asked if I could get an autograph, and she gladly accepted. (At that time) I never thought we would end up acting together.

I want to protect that. Now that they have been with us for over 10 years, through ups and downs, I don't want those memories to turn into bad memories.
