New restaurants opening one after another at Lotte Department Store in Seoul, focusing on noodle dishes = Korea

Lotte Department Store is planning to open a famous kalguksu restaurant, Shilla Jeomion, located in Gyeongju, at the Jamsil Lotte World Mall in August, a first for the industry.
In addition to the well-known kalguksu, new dishes such as clam kalguksu and seafood pajeon (chijimi) are also being prepared.
Prior to this, in April, a Pyongyang cold noodle specialty store called "Sori" opened at the Jamsil Lotte World Mall.
"Ore no Ramen Appareya" is a Japanese ramen specialty store that has been selected as a "Bib Gourmand" in the Michelin Guide for the fifth consecutive year in 2024.
Lotte Department Store is promoting Jamsil Lotte World Mall as a high-end gourmet space by attracting new brands.
"From famous Korean restaurants to global brands, we have opened the first branches of fine dining restaurants in the area," said Choi Hyun-mo, head of the food department at Lotte Department Store.
"I want to gather all of these in one place and expand noodle dishes into a gourmet culture. I want it to become a 'gourmet platform' where you can experience high-end restaurants from all over the world in your daily life."
