Parents and teachers conspire to ”steal high school exam questions”... Daughter who was ranked number one in her school may be expelled = South Korea

During the final high school exam period, a parent broke into the school and attempted to steal exam questions, and a former substitute teacher who assisted them were arrested, and the school decided to expel the student.
On the afternoon of the 15th, the Andong branch of the Daegu District Court indicted the parents, suspect A (47), and school employee B (3), on charges of trespassing, obstruction of business, theft, and trespassing.

C is suspected of breaking into a high school in Andong where his daughter is enrolled and trying to steal final exam papers. C had worked as a substitute teacher at the school until February last year.
The suspect is currently understood to be working as a temporary teacher at a high school in the Gyeonggi Province area and was arrested on the 14th.

The Gyeongbuk Office of Education revealed that suspects A and C were captured on CCTV in the hallway entering the third-year teachers' office and coming out two to three minutes later.
Police have confirmed that there was a financial transaction between suspect A and suspect C. They also confirmed that suspect C had been a private tutor for suspect A's daughter for a long period of time.
It was confirmed that, under current law, teachers cannot be private tutors while employed, and this includes temporary teachers. A's daughter also received exam questions stolen by A and his associates and took the exam.
The daughter had excellent grades in high school, including being ranked first in the school. The school held an academic performance management committee and decided to give the daughter of the suspect A a zero for all grades.
The school then decided internally to expel the student.
