Gu Wanniang (Gu Wanniang) visits Li Yi with Li Yi's wet nurse and burns the statue of Liu Niangniang. She then approaches Li Yi under the pretext of repairing it.
Wan Niang suggested that the fire at the Xin King Mansion was related to a certain silk, and upon hearing this, Li Yi began to investigate. Liu Cheng Feng (Liu Shang Feng) was waiting for Li Yi when Cui Lin (Sailin) arrived.
He plans to kidnap her. Li Yi remembers the kindness of Queen Xin and wants to return to Laolan Pass. Cui Lin forces Li Yi to choose between her position as the East Palace or himself, but Li Yi wants freedom.
Choi Rim is captured by Yu Seung-bong, and Li Gong heads to Yu Seung-bong's former residence to rescue her. Meanwhile, Yu Seung-bong plans to capture Li Gong and the Jinsei army in one fell swoop.
