Bus wobbling on highway... Driver with feet on steering wheel and earphones in (South Korea)

A bus driver was spotted driving on the highway with his feet on the steering wheel and earphones on. According to JTBC's "Case Leader," the informant, Mr. A, reportedly drove a bus on the 29th of last month at noon.
At around 4:30 pm, a shocking scene was witnessed on the highway in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province. In the video taken by Mr. A from the passenger seat of the car next to him, he was seen wearing black socks and jeans.
A man is sitting in the driver's seat of a bus with his legs stretched out beside the steering wheel. The man has an earphone in one ear and is driving the bus with his right hand holding the steering wheel. Fortunately, there are no passengers on the bus.
Mr. A claimed, "The man was operating the steering wheel with one hand and changing lanes without using his blinker."
The bus company said, "Although it is our bus, our village buses never operate on or pass through expressways.
"The bus does not appear to have been carrying passengers, as it does not have a proper license plate or an electronic sign," he said. "An employee moved the bus to a garage.
One internet user who saw the video said, "It's a temporary license plate, so it's a bus that operates on the route.
"It appears that he was not driving a bus, but was on his way to deliver a new car that he had ordered to the bus company," he said. "The driver is also presumed to be an employee of the bus manufacturer. Whatever the reason, if he drives like that, he will be killed in an instant."
