Kim Kun-hee completes first special prosecutor hearing... Did he deny the charges? = South Korea

Kim Gun-hee, former wife of South Korean President Yoon Seok-gyul, completed her first questioning by Special Prosecutor Min Jung-ki's team at 8:56 pm on the 6th.
He returned home from the special prosecutor's office in Seoul. He arrived at 10:11 a.m. and stayed there for approximately 10 hours and 45 minutes.
After the hearing, Kim appeared in front of the reporters who were waiting on the first floor of the building.
However, he did not answer any questions and got into the security vehicle without saying a word. The reporters asked him questions such as, "What were the main points you explained during the investigation?" but he did not answer. Lawyer Choi Ji Woo, who accompanied him,
During the hearing, Kim said, "I sincerely apologize to the public for causing concern to the people, as I am a nobody."
"There is no excuse. We will fully cooperate with the investigation," he said. The special investigation team is investigating allegations of manipulation of German Motors stock prices, allegations of official intervention in Myung Tae-gyun's approval, and allegations of involvement in the investigation of Monk Gonjin.
According to sources, Kim did not refuse to make statements, but appears to have consistently denied all the charges.
Although a recorded call was presented showing Kim's awareness of the stock price manipulation, he reportedly denied any involvement.
He also wore it during his visit to Spain in June 2022 to attend the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) meeting.
He was also questioned about allegations that he had excluded a Van Cleef & Arpels necklace he had been wearing from his asset declaration. In response, Kim said, "It is a replica that I gave to my mother about 15 years ago and borrowed when I went abroad.
The actual listening time was 7 hours and 23 minutes, from 10:23 AM to 5:46 PM. There was a 10-minute break in the morning and three breaks in the afternoon, totaling 50 minutes.
He had lunch with his own lunch box, and after the questioning he looked over the transcript until he returned home. Initially, the questioning was expected to continue until late at night, but the special investigation team proposed an extension since his consent was required.
The special investigation team plans to carefully examine the contents of the interview and consider how to handle Kim's custody. As the charges are wide-ranging and Kim has completely denied them, it is unlikely that additional charges will be filed.
It is highly likely that questioning will take place, and there are also views that if concerns grow that evidence may be destroyed, the possibility of requesting an arrest warrant cannot be ruled out.
