Actress Lee Si Young apologizes for 'misbehavior' at US restaurant

Actress Lee Si Young has apologized for a recent incident involving a breach of etiquette at a restaurant.

On the 10th, Lee Si Young posted on her social media account, “I always check for mistakes when uploading photos and videos to my feed, but it seems I made a mistake,” adding, “I am sorry to those who were offended by the uploaded video.” She went on to say, “I will be more careful in the future.”

　Earlier, Lee Si Young had posted a video of herself dining with acquaintances at a restaurant in Long Island Beach, USA. The video showed her son walking around the restaurant, eating, dancing by shaking his hips, and waving an umbrella.

Additionally, the face of a female customer sitting at another table was exposed without a mosaic, causing discomfort.

　Some netizens criticized the behavior, saying, “It harms other customers” and “It's rude.”

The video has since been deleted.

Meanwhile, Lee Si Young announced her divorce from a businessman in the food and beverage industry in March this year. They had been married for eight years since September 2017.

　Following the divorce, she revealed that she had implanted an embryo that had been frozen before the divorce, as decided by herself, and became pregnant with her second child, sparking controversy.

She stated, “I had been hoping for a child and decided to implant the embryo that was about to be discarded,” and added, “The other party did not consent, but I take full responsibility for the decision.”
