BLACKPINK's LISA releases short film ”Dream” featuring Kentaro Sakaguchi

BLACKPINK's LISA is attracting the attention of fans around the world with a special short film.

At noon on the 14th, LISA released a short film for “Dream,” a song from her first album “Alter Ego,” through LOUD Company's official social media channels.

Kentarou Sakaguchi made a special appearance in the short film, showcasing his charming chemistry with LISA. LISA reminisces about bittersweet yet sweet memories with Sakaguchi Kentaro, who appears as her former lover, showcasing beautiful visuals.

The short film, which portrays the themes of love and loss in a cinematic style, highlights LISA's acting skills. LISA portrays the duality of emotions, from passionate romantic moments to deep sorrow, revealing a new side of herself that has never been seen before.

　Recently, LISA was nominated for the “Best K-Pop” category at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards (VMA) for her February release “Born Again.” The song garnered significant attention for its collaboration with Doja Cat and Ray.

　LISA is already an artist who has won the “Best K-Pop” category at the VMA twice. Following her win in 2022 for “LALISA,” LISA also won for “Rockstar,” making her the first K-POP solo artist to win the “Best K-Pop” category trophy and setting a record as the first artist to win it twice.

　LISA's debut album “Alter Ego,” released earlier this year, debuted at No.1 on the Billboard “Top Album Sales” chart and No. 7 on the “Billboard 200” chart, marking a successful start.
