"Thank You for Your Hard Work," starring IU and Park Bo-Gum, is a story that unravels the adventurous lives of Ae-seung and Kwang-sik, who were born in Jeju, through the four seasons.
IU has also chosen MBC's new Fri-Sat TV series "The King's Wife" as her next project. "The King's Wife" is set in the 21st century, in the Republic of Korea, a constitutional monarchy.
This is a romance about overcoming social status and forging a new destiny for the story of Song Hee-joo, a woman who is a wealthy businessman but resents her commoner status, and Prince Lee Wan, the son of a king who has nothing and is sad.
IU will be co-starring with actor Byeon WooSeok.
