SHINee's TAEMIN holds his first exclusive fan meeting in China... ”I want to see you more often”

Taemin (SHINee), proved his immense popularity in Hangzhou, China.

On the 24th, his agency, Big Planet Made Entertainment, announced that Taemin had held the “2025 TAEMIN FANMEETING [CLASS-MATE] in HANGZHOU” in Hangzhou, China, the previous day.

This was Taemin's first solo fan meeting in China, and under the title 'CLASS-MATE', it featured various talks, games, and events, allowing him to communicate closely with fans and create special memories.

Taemin kicked off the event with a Chinese greeting he prepared himself, energizing the venue. He engaged in casual conversations using photos he had never shared before, and also communicated with fans on diverse topics such as Hangzhou's food and landmarks, as well as behind-the-scenes stories from his album.

He then showcased his quick thinking through rapid-fire questions and answers, recreated iconic scenes from Korean dramas, and even tried learning Chinese from fans, participating in a variety of programs to enjoy a fun-filled time. At the end of the event, a raffle gift presentation was held, and fans prepared videos and a chorus event, filling the venue with emotion.

Temin expressed his gratitude and feelings toward the local fans, saying, “In the video prepared by everyone, the words ‘Just being by your side makes you my youth’ resonated deeply with me. It's truly heartwarming. I hope to meet you more often.”

Taemin, who celebrated his 11th anniversary since his solo debut, successfully concluded his first solo tour “Ephemeral Gaze” from August last year to April this year, visiting a total of 20 countries and 29 regions. He also held a fan meeting in Seoul on the 16th and 17th of this month. Starting in September, he will embark on his Japanese arena tour “2025 TAEMIN ARENA TOUR [Veil].”

Taemin's Japanese arena tour will kick off at Kanagawa Pia Arena MM from September 13th to 15th, followed by Saga on September 20th–21st, Shizuoka on October 4th–5th, Chiba on November 29th–30th, and Hyogo on December 24th–25th, among other cities, totaling 11 performances across five Japanese cities.
