Trump: ”The beast who murdered a Ukrainian woman who came to the United States deserves the death penalty”

US President Donald Trump said the perpetrator of the brutal murder of a Ukrainian woman in Charlotte, North Carolina, "will receive a speedy trial and be sentenced to death without question."
On the 10th, President Trump took to social media to criticize the perpetrator, saying, "A beautiful young woman, a former member of Ukraine, who came to the United States seeking peace and security, was brutally murdered.
He described the man as a "beast" and wrote, "There is no other option (other than the death penalty)." The incident occurred on the 22nd of last month on a light rail train in Charlotte.
Recently released footage shows a black man with long hair and a hat attacking a woman sitting in front of him on a train while she was looking at her cell phone.
The woman killed by the man's weapon fled war in Ukraine three years ago and immigrated to the United States.
He was reportedly in his 20s, working part-time at a Charlotte pizza place while studying veterinary medicine and trying to settle in the United States.
The woman's brutal murder was the result of a 34-year-old man, DeCarlos Brown, who was arrested at the scene.
He was tried for first-degree murder. He had a 14th arrest record for gun possession and robbery, among other charges, and was known to have been diagnosed with a mental illness.
On the 8th, President Trump also commented on the incident, saying, "The woman was just sitting there," and said of the perpetrators, "They're bad people. We need to solve this."
"If we don't, we have no country," he said. The White House also issued a statement saying, "This deranged monster has been repeatedly arrested for violent crimes for over a decade.
"He was released in January of this year by a Democratic judge," he said. Charlotte, where the incident occurred, is considered a strongly Democratic area in North Carolina.
