キム・ゴンモ、キム・スヒョンらを飲み込んだ疑惑提起、大逆転「カロセロ研究所」ウン氏に渡る危機?…気になる真偽の行方
Suspicions surrounding Kim Gun Mo, Kim Soo Hyun, and others are raised, and a major reversal has occurred: Is the situation now in danger of falling on Mr. Eun of Garosero Institute? ... The truth of the matter is unclear.
Singer Kim Gun-mo, who had suspended his activities due to allegations of sexual assault, has now been cleared of the allegations and is set to make a comeback after six years. The YouTube channel that raised the allegations, Garosero Institute, has recently been embroiled in a controversy over the veracity of the allegations it had made against Kim Gun-mo and many others, putting it in a difficult position after even losing its stake in the company.

Jazz pianist Yang Tae-kyung posted a photo of Kim Gun-mo on his Instagram on the 18th, saying, "I went to the ensemble room for a band concert and met Kim Gun-mo." Kim Gun-mo was also practicing in a different practice room, and apparently met Kim while passing by.

Yang Tae-kyung said, "I met him on 'Open Concert' over 10 years ago, and he managed to cover up for my mistake with his song. He was a gentle, cool, and truly wonderful senior." He added, "He had some difficult times, but he overcame them and is finally breaking through the hiatus and holding a concert. He's such a musical genius, I'm sure he'll perform brilliantly on stage."

In December 2019, Kim Gun-mo was accused of sexually assaulting a woman in her 30s, surnamed A, at an entertainment venue in Seoul's Gangnam district in August 2016. Ka Sae-young, who raised the allegations, filed a complaint against Kim Gun-mo on behalf of A with the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office. Kim Gun-mo suspended all activities, but was cleared of suspicion by the prosecution in 2021.

On the 26th of last month, six years after the allegations were raised, Kim Gun-mo announced his return to the music industry with a nationwide concert tour. The tour is scheduled to begin in Busan on the 27th, then continue to major cities across the country, including Daegu on October 18th, Daejeon on December 20th, and Seoul in January of next year.

Garosero Institute has recently been caught in a tight spot due to a series of controversies over the veracity of allegations it has made against various celebrities, not just Kim Gun-mo.

In July of last year, Garosero Institute posted a video claiming that YouTuber Tsuyang had worked at an entertainment establishment in the past, based on a YouTuber's statements. Tsuyang explained that this was due to assault and coercion from his ex-boyfriend. However, Garosero Institute continued to expose Tsuyang's private life. Tsuyang received a provisional injunction from the court ordering him not to upload videos of himself. He also filed a lawsuit against Garosero Institute and Garosero Institute CEO Kim Saewii for violating the Stalking Punishment Act, intimidation, and coercion. On the 9th, Gangnam Police Station referred Kim to the prosecution on suspicion of violating the Stalking Punishment Act, defamation under the Information and Communications Network Act, and intimidation.

Ga Sae Young has also raised suspicions against actor Kim Soo Hyun, who was in a relationship with actress Kim Sae Ron. Kim Sae Ron's family claimed through Ga Sae Young that she had dated Kim Soo Hyun for six years, starting in 2015 when she was in her third year of middle school, but Kim Soo Hyun has denied this. He also claims that the audio recordings of Kim Sae Ron presented by Ga Sae Young as evidence were fabricated. In response, Kim Soo Hyun has also filed a lawsuit against Ga Sae Young and others for defamation based on false facts, and is also seeking 11 billion won (approximately 1.145 billion yen) in damages.

Garosero Institute's very existence has been particularly threatened recently by a dispute with YouTuber "business god" Eun Hyun-jang. Eun is known for founding a chicken franchise and later selling it, amassing assets worth tens of billions of yen. However, suspicions have been raised about his background and financial resources, and Garosero Institute also raised suspicions about Eun last year.

Eun temporarily suspended his YouTube broadcasts due to this, but he has been sharpening his knife for revenge. He sued Garosero Institute for defamation, claiming that all suspicions and charges filed against him were dismissed, and received a provisional attachment from the court on six accounts in the name of Garosero Institute and Kim Sae-wi's representative. Subsequently, at the end of last year, he purchased a 50% stake in the Garosero Institute corporation. It was reported that the stake in question was sold to a third party by Garosero Institute co-founder and lawyer Kang Yong-seok around May 2023.

On the 18th, Eun announced on his YouTube channel that Garosero Institute held a general shareholders' meeting, dismissing CEO Kim Sae-wi and making himself CEO, claiming, "We will also soon announce the appointment of Jang Sa-wi as the new CEO of the Junggyeong Business Research Institute." After the shareholders' meeting, a promotional video for the meal kits was uploaded to the Garosero Institute YouTube channel, which is completely different from the videos that had been posted so far.

However, Garosero Institute maintains that Eun has not become Garosero Institute's CEO, and that it is currently pursuing a legal dispute over Eun's acquisition of shares.
