President Shin threatens the livelihood of market merchants by providing false information for the construction of a resort, and he and Chi try to expose this.
He decides to take revenge on the corrupt company that tried to eliminate Yo Philip (Bae Hyeon Seong). He gives the company's business plan to Kim Young-ho (Choi Won-young), a producer of a current affairs program.
He tells the truth and has the rookie judge Philip lead the negotiations between the broadcasting company and the market merchants, leading to a smooth agreement. President Shin teams up with police officer Choi Cheol (Kim Sung Oh), who he has a connection with from the past.
He begins to track down the actions of Oh Jin-ho (Song Jae-ryung), who tried to kill him and Philip. He orders Lee Si-eon (Lee Re) to track down Jin-ho's family and secretly connects them in all directions.
